  Delta Ballet Academy Recital 2012 INFORMATION    Dress Rehearsal:                                                     ALL PERFORMERS MUST ATTEND                                      Monday, June 18th 1-6pm   Full costume, hair in a bun (for the girls), & makeup   El Campanil Theatre – 602 W. 2nd Street, Antioch (A more detailed time schedule will be available in the next few weeks) Performance: Tuesday, June 19th 6pm- 8:30pm El Campanil Theatre - 602 W. 2nd Street, Antioch   Tickets:   $12 per person (Ages 3+ must have their own ticket)   Presale of tickets for Recital Participants from May 7th -20th:   A limit of 4 tickets* per participant will be available for purchase**   After May 20th, all unsold and remaining tickets* will be released to the general public and will be available anyone on a first-come-first served basis.       *All ticket purchases are non-refundable **In an effort to appease everyone’s request to have one show rather than splitting into two, we’ll have to put a temporary limit on how many tickets may be purchased by each recital participant.  4 tickets will be placed under each child’s name at the front desk.  You have from May 7th-May 20th to purchase those 4 tickets.  After May 20th, tickets that were reserved for each participant will be released to the general public.   Chaperones   We’re in need of a few chaperones for our younger dancers.   You must be available for the entire length of our dress rehearsal (1-6pm), as well as our performance (6-8:30pm).  If you’re interested in helping, please give your name to Miss Blakeley at the front desk.

Rehearsal & Show times AT THE THEATER – El Campanil Theatre 601 e. 2nd Street, Antioch, CA: Dress rehearsal is mandatory, please have your hair & makeup completed, and 1st costume on by Check in (call time).   These are closed rehearsals, no parents, friends, relatives will be permitted to watch.  For ballet: full length pink tights & pink ballet shoes (leather or canvas).  Hair in a bun.  Jazz/lyrical/tap please check with your instructor! Learn tricks of the trade!  Make up and bun clinic will be held at various times during our registration days July 16/17  more info to come! Friday show Dress rehearsal is Thursday, July 21st 5pm – Check in at stage door (located on G Street)DBA staff member will check your child in 5:30-8:00pm – Rehearsal 8:00pm-  Check Out – DBA staff member will release your child at the stage door.  Parents please be on time!!!!! Show is Friday, July 22nd 5:00pm – Check in at stage door – All dancers must check in! 6:15pm – Doors open for House (audience) 7:00pm – Show begins – Younger dancers (in the 2nd act may sit with family until intermission) 9:00pm – Approx. end time – All dancers must remain backstage until the end of the show  and will be released to parents at stage door at the conclusion of the performance Saturday show Dress rehearsal & show is Saturday, July 23rd 9:00am – Check in at stage door (located on G Street)DBA staff member will check your child in 9:30-11:30am – Rehearsal 11:30am – Younger dancers must be picked up and will remain with their families for the first half of the show (please be sure to eat lunch at this time) 12:15pm - Doors open for House (audience) 1:00pm – Show Begins 3:00pm - Approx. end time – All dancers must remain backstage until the end of the show  and will be released to parents at stage door at the conclusion of the performance DVDs: Please see attached pdf.  Orders WILL NOT be handled through Delta Ballet Academy (pre-order at our registration/picture day Saturday, July 16th and Sunday, July 17th at the studio) coxbarton@yahoo.com ABSOLUTLEY NO OTHER videography or photography of any sort is permitted during our shows! (please pass this information on to your friends and relatives).  Any individual who fails to follow this rule during our performances will be asked to put their equipment away, failure to do so, will result in dismissal from the theater.
