1:30-2:30pm - Cardio Pilates (Studio A) - a combination of low-impact aerobics & Pilates/Mat strengthening and stretching exercises. GREAT FOR SENIORS!
1:30-2:30pm - Kid's Dance and Fitness (Studio C)- A mix of fun from hip hop to hula and ballet to Zumba fitness! Ages 3yrs and up please
2:30pm Registration for ZUMBATHON (Studio A)
3:00-5:00pm ZUMBATHON (Studio A) w/Sharon Sobel Idul, Maybeline Dela Cruz, & Marian Malasig
3:00-5:00pm - Pumpkin Painting (Studio C) for the kids
